I was happy this day, as I could cook for mysiblings while we get to gather all around the table for dinner. Here's my 3 dishes for the day:

三巴鲜虾--------------------------------------------------SAMBAL TUMIS PRAWNS(1st time!)
Fresh middle-size prawns中等鲜虾, longbeans菜豆, brinjals茄子, fried eggs煎蛋, sauce酱汁(sambal tumis sauce三巴酱, little onions葱头, onions大葱, red chilies红辣椒, seasoning调味料.)
Chicken slices鸡肉块(soused & fried with flour腌制后用面粉炸), sauce酱汁(fresh homemade tomato concentrate自制番茄浓缩, chili sauce辣椒酱, tomatoes番茄, red chilies红辣椒, green lantern chilies青灯笼椒, carrots萝卜, onions大葱, seasoning调味料.)

白菜胡椒汤--------------------------------------------CABBAGE PEPPER SOUP(1st time!)
White cabbage白菜, carrots萝卜, fishballs鱼丸, wantans云吞, mini corns小粟米, white pepper beans胡椒粒, anchovy江鱼仔, seasoning调味料.

hahaa, thanks! hahaa..naa, i'm not tht great laa cum'n.. but i will tk tht as a compliment! hehehe=p kidding la. anyway, yeala..
