At first just planned to cook for two, so simply went to the grocery shop outside to buy some ingredients, not much can be bought thr anyway. so after looking at what i could get, came out with this menu for the day! who knows, before i cook, my eldest sis called me up and say would like to join our dinner, n so i've decided to add on another dish. Here's the dishes:

葱油蒸豆腐-----------------------------------------------------STEAMED TOUFU WITH LITTLE ONIONS (1st time!)
Toufu cubes 豆腐块, oily fried little onion 葱头油, tomatoes 番茄, carrots 萝卜丝, gingers 姜片, seasoning 调味料. -

香焖花生薯-----------------------------------------------------BRAISED POTATOES WITH PEANUTS (1st time!) ----Potato pieces 马铃薯片, braised peanuts in tin 罐头香焖花生, gingers 姜, seasoning 调味料.

香辣菜豆炒萝卜------------------------------------------SPICY LONGBEANS WITH CARROTS (1st time!) --------------Longbeans 菜豆, carrots 萝卜, little onions 葱头, spicy chili concentrate 辣椒浓缩, seasoning 调味料.-

芙蓉蛋-----------------------------------------------------------ONIONS FRIED EGG------------------------------------------- Onion slices 大葱细条, beated eggs 鸡蛋, seasoning 调味料. -
